	National Anthems
The National Anthem of Canada 1880年6月24日に初めて歌われてから100年後の1980年、正式にカナダの国歌として宣言されました。作曲者は Calixa Lavallee で、それにフランス語の歌詞をつけたのは Sir Adolphe-Basile Routhier 、その後英語版の歌詞が何種類も作られ、1908年に Justice Robert Stanley Weir の書いたものをベースとして、1968年に若干の変更を加えて「正式版」とされました。また、カナダは、オーストラリアなどと同様に英国のエリザベス二世を国家元首とする立憲君主制であるため、国歌とは別に Royal Anthem としてイギリス国歌である God Save the Queen があります。 下記のサイトに行くと、カナダ国歌が聴けます（歌なし）。 Listen to: http://www3.sympatico.ca/goweezer/canada/cananthem.htm ※なお、音楽を聴くには専用のソフトが必要な場合があります。
